At Sumthingzspecial, we want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied with your t-shirt, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy. Please review the following guidelines: 

Returns 

• Timeframe: You can return items within 2 days of receiving your order. 

• Condition: To be eligible for a return, your t-shirt must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It should also be in its original packaging with all tags attached. 

• Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sumthingzspecial.co.za or Whatsapp. Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back. 

• Refunds: Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will issue a refund to the original payment method, minus a 10% handling fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part. 

Exchanges 

• Eligibility: If you would like to exchange your t-shirt for a different size, color, or style, please follow the same return procedure. 

• Availability: Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will provide a full refund or credit. 

Defective or Damaged Items 

• Errors on Our Part: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs. 

Non-Returnable Items 

• For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on personalized or custom-designed items unless they arrive defective or damaged. 

Shipping Fees 

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective, damaged, or we made an error with your order. 

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
